I have been using natural relief for about a year now. I had been having hot flashes for about the last 8 years. They were terrible, and were coming on continuosly. The night sweats were horrid. The doctor tested me and told me that my hormones were so out of whack, and said she had never seen such a mess. She didn't like the idea of hormone therapy, but she prescribed it for me. After about a year of using it I started doing some research and found out how dangerous hormone therapy was. I decided to quit taking it, and live with the hot flashes. They continued and so did my mood swings. After viewing a commercial on t.v. I decided to try Natural Relief. It was an answer to prayer. I began using it and in no time my hot flashes stopped. I do have one once in a great while, but it is usually very minor. My moods are better now and I am a lot more calm.

But I was wondering why it took 2 days.

What I mean is, for the two days it was working, bubbling like crazy and doing everything its doing right this minute .... but it didnt skim.

Then, after about 48 hours ... with nothing apparently different ... it skims like crazy. I was wondering what the physics are that support that?
