Natural Relief for Women Forum

Well I guess I am the first to start off this new forum, which is something that is needed, a forum for women with menopause to vent without anyone being judgy. I am a Natural relief for women user, I have been for about a year now, I also use the natural sleep supplements that come in the system, not on a daily basis but when I need it, but I don't use the vitamins, I use my own. I truly believe in the system it has definitely helped me relieve alot of the symptoms and I have even written into them telling them how great I think their product is. I believe in herbal remedies, organic foods and diet, basically I love the natural lifestyle and this fits the bill. I tell anyone and everyone what this product has done for me and I strongly recommend it if anyone is considering trying it.

I had menopause symptoms for a 8months before I found natural relief and I live in the southwest so the temperature here get really hot and the energy bill goes way up not only from the heat but from the hot flashes you get even when its 75 in the house. My family was walking around with sweaters on annoyed with me, after two months of energy bills and an annoyed family i knew there had to be something else out there, I tried to go as long as I could hoping they would ease away, I mean maybe I'd be one of the lucky ones with short lived symptoms, didn't happen of course and I know I wasn't about to go try hormones! So luckily late one night there it was a natural relief informercial, infomercials they just suck you in right? Well I bought it and have been great ever since, well a few weeks later anyways.

Wow, you must really love natural relief for women, I'm glad to see such a great review of it as I have just purchased it and can't wait to get it. I love all natural products too so it was nice to find natural relief, I only hope it works for me as my hot flashes are getting unbearable!! I'll let you know how it goes.

Hey Sharon, was wondering if you received Natural Relief yet and what you thought about it. I hope you love it as much as I do! It's probably still early to see if it's having any affect on you yet.

I had a hysterectomy 5 months ago and have had menopause ever since with full on hot flashes, night sweats, and some mood swings. I heard about the undesirable affects of HRT so looked into natural remedies and found Natural Relief for Women and found it to be a savior and I would recomend it to anyone.

Umm, it seems that Changes for Women has decided to change its name to Natural Relief for Women, so I guess this is the new forum. I bought this when it was still Changes for Women and now its Natural Relief for Women, but still the same formula, and it is definitely something that has worked for me. My symptoms aren't as harsh anymore, although I still get some hot flashes and night sweats here and there they aren't as severe as before, which is an improvement.

Yes I have received it and have started taking it, I am going to give it the full month before I decide anything.

Hello, I am new at this too. I started using about 2 weeks ago and I can say that my hot flashes an night sweat are less severe. I will give it a full month and see how it goes, but so far so good!

Hi. I just started taking natural relief. I have been having terrible night sweats. They wake me up 4 to 5 times a night. Then it is hard to get back to sleep. I was on biodentical hormones but they made me very irritable. Janet I'm a little confused. You said you don't take the vitamins. Isn't natural relief nutritional supplements vitamins? Or am I missing something here. Just wondering. Thanks.
